Board Member Orientation: Independent Institutions

This program is designed specifically for board members of independent institutions to provide consequential, strategic insights as they conduct oversight and fiduciary duties in collaboration with the chief and executive and leadership team. This orientation program is an indispensable introductory or refresher program on higher education governance, essential board responsibilities, fiduciary duties, and boardroom culture.
